Sarah Monaghan relocated to the Costa del Sol six years ago with her young family, bringing with her a background as a chiropractor in England. After settling in Spain, she established her own business within the health sector. Through this, and through family connections within the property industry, Sarah became increasingly exposed to the local market. Recognising consistent issues with transparency and unclear processes, Sarah developed a vision to create a more straightforward approach to property.

With over a decade of experience as a director and owner of a UK property portfolio, alongside 20 years in the retail sector as a Buyer Director during the dot-com boom, Debbie combines deep commercial expertise with a sharp, strategic mindset. After acquiring her first property in Spain in 2016, Debbie quickly identified the fragmented nature of the market and set out to build a streamlined, customer-centric platform.
